Bedroom Makeover Projects Continue

Tomorrow is moving day!!!  Yikes!  I really wanted to do this move right-go through everything and clean out as much stuff as I can BEFORE moving.  That didn't exactly happen.  I did get rid of about three trash bags of clothes and shoes which is some progress but there are so many other things that could go I'm sure.  Oh well, that will happen slowly but surely as I'm so much happier living clutter-free.

Progress on my goal of having a more pulled together bedroom is happening, however, so yay!  This could not have happened without my amazing man.  Ha!  It's good to be cheesy from time to time.  Bobby really has been amazing though.  I have not been feeling fantastic this week and he went ahead and painted the two bedside tables and dressers in the horrible heat and humidity by himself.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Before:  Dresser that I found in the trash when I lived in Columbia.  Not a bad find since it's all wood.  I did a horrible paint job on it and never corrected it.

After:  Dresser painted white by Bobby.  Bobby doesn't like white furniture, but I love this!  It's so much cleaner and fresher looking.  New knobs could make it even better but I think I'll leave that detail alone for now.

Okay, wish me luck on last minute packing!
