December Photo a Day 30 "Something that made you smile this year"

Buying our first house. It's scary and we have a ways to go to really make it our own but this accomplishment put a big smile on my face this year. It meant:
A yard
We're settled for at least a while
We can do whatever we want with it
We have room for company
A sense of pride
My credit is or at least was great
Ours
