Tweens, Ribs, Birthday, and Art

Friday night was spent volunteering at a middle school event. Did you know that 12 is the new 17?

Saturday I tried to beat a cold and managed to rally for Mitzi's birthday. Pineapple upside down shots and street pizza!

Bobby had some buddies over for football on Sunday and made his first BBQ ribs. They were fantastic! I went to Jeff's studio for EAST, East Austin Studio Tour, and bought my second painting by him titled "Party Bunny." His paintings make me happy.

Now I'm enjoying a big bowl of pho and trying to cure this cold before diving into Thanksgiving cooking!
