I believe that a fried egg makes everything more sinful
My current favorite sandwich by yours truly: BLT minus the T plus a fried egg. It doesn't get much better than this except for today it's paired with leftover sweet potatoes.
You should come to Chicago - I feel like it's all the rage here at restaurants to put an egg on whatever.
BTW, I left comments on some of your earlier posts from a week or two ago that never showed up, so please know that my lost comments were most definitely witty and heart-warming.

Now I want to know what they were! I just changed my settings somewhat to hopefully prevent this from happening again!
I like a BLA...substitue avocado for the tomato :)
