One Week Back on the Double W

I've been back on Weight Watchers for one week.  Here's my self evaluation:

  • Planning ahead and being more mindful of what I eat.
  • Adding more fruits and vegetables.
  • Keeping up with grocery shopping
Needs Improvement
  •  Evening eating
  • Resisting sweets like no bake peanut butter cookies this week
  • Increasing physical activity
  • Self control/not blaming Bobby for my lack of self control
