Ambien has changed my life in so many positive ways...but now I found out I'm Ambien eating and not remembering it the next day. This doesn't help when we have treats in the house and I just started Weight Watchers again. I am hungry, but I told Bobby that if I have to eat only allow me to eat certain things. Sigh...perhaps the reason why the scale hasn't budged?
