Happy happy birthday to you. Don't vomit on your computer while reading this, but: (1) try to remember that at any given point in time, you are the youngest you'll ever be again - so enjoy it! Celebrate your youthfulness, don't lament getting older. (2) when you see those wrinkles or sagging skin, try to think of a fabulous day you had at the beach, or the pool, or working a camp, or hanging out at a blistering hot music festival in Austin, and tell yourself it was worth it, (even if maybe you should've worn more sunscreen from time to time)!
I know your body has not been kind to you in a lot of ways (especially in 2011), but there's still a lot to celebrate there - use it up, wear it out!
