We added some new puppy joy to our home this Saturday. We adopted 10 month old "Pippi" from the Central Texas SPCA who rescued her from a shelter in Lampassas, Texas after the "po po" brought her in. It's not certain if she was a stray or owner surrender. More than likely the latter because she was in good, clean condition.
We met a few dogs there last week and we both felt like Choji (we changed her name) chose us and was the best fit for us and with what we're able to provide for her.
With all the fun and excitement Choji has given us, we still miss and think about Kwyjibo all the time. We've been retelling lots of funny KW stories lately because it's nice to be able to laugh. No dog could ever replace her but we're pretty sure she would have approved of Chojiko.
Be prepared for more pictures than you ever wanted to see of a dog who isn't Boo. (If you don't know who Boo is then please look him up).
