The cookies: you can see I'm not yet a consistent baker-some thick, thin, undercooked, overcooked, etc. but fun none the less!
Notice the scissors. Do they look like scissors to you? At first I wasn't so sure about them, but then they grew on me.
The "spread." Notice my use of my vintage Pyrex in the back for the carrots and dip. The kitchen counter also included chips and salsa, Lorena's delicious queso, and olives from Don.
I had so much fun planning this little Project Runway celebration. I'm so grateful to have friends who love the show like I do and are excited about the new season. We crammed in my little living room and joked the whole time we watched. I had a wonderful time! Thanks everyone who "made it work!"

Great party! It was a lot of fun and you are a fantastic hostess. The cookies turned out great and I'm glad you included the scissors because they really were cute and an probably the most famous archetype of Project Runway besides a dress form.

It was a FABULOUS party. I take great joy knowing it's going to happen every Wednesday for a spell.
