Did it feel a little colder to you this morning?

Hell might be freezing over. When I work out during the week-I always do it in the evening. There have been several times when my intention has been to get up and work out before I go to work, but sleep always wins. A walk/run actually won this morning! It wasn't as long as I needed it to be, but hey, it's better than nothing, right?

Since I quit my 24 membership and do not want to work out at my place of employment, all of my exercise has been outside-biking, walking, and some running. With it hitting 100 every day and my evenings being pretty full, exercise has unfortunately been dropping off. The morning was nice-much cooler, yet still humid, and I don't have it hanging over my head all day and then feel guilty at night if I don't get around to it. Yay for me.

Great job Jessica! I wish I had the motivation in the morning to get up and work out. With the insane hour that I am required to show up at my place of business, that would require me to not only choose working out over sleep, but also working out in the dark.
