I finally got a decent response from Francesca's regarding my complaint letter. To summarize, the employee is no longer with them and they are offering me two complimentary pieces of jewelry. I'm assuming the employee had a history of rudeness. Kindness and letter writing pays.
I went in on Saturday(to the location with good customer service) and picked out two necklaces.
