I woke up this morning thinking, ugh, I have to go to work tomorrow, but quickly decided to try to change my mindset about it. Rather than seeing it as a negative, I will do my best to look at it as a positive-that I'm lucky to have a good job where I feel like I'm contributing to society and allows me such luxuries as time-off, a decent paycheck, and good health insurance. I will do my best to face Monday with a different kind of excitement and appreciation.
What I learned on my week off:
I still like to read.
Daytime television pretty much stinks
Working on Mortified and reading someone else's journal reminds me that everyone has a story and you may never know it by the looks of them.
Bobby is a wonderful pumpkin pie maker!
Cirque du Illuminations is not a part of Cirque du Soleis and it was evident.
I've got a new pineapple obsession.
Wii Fit is fun!
So here's to a wonderful week off from work and to a good work week ahead!
