Yes, we can see our old apartment from our new apartment. Yes, Bobby and I have been living together since the end of January, but this place is a bit more special as it's the first place that is "ours." I've actually "allowed" Bobby to display some of his belongings and we have been making decisions together about things like sideboards, shower curtains, decorating, etc. Oh, and did I mention that we've gone to Ikea the past THREE weekends? On our second romantic trip to Ikea I asked Bobby if he thought he'd ever be this domesticated. He said, "no."

I keep thinking I'm going to have a bunch of befores/afters coming your way on my blog, but I can't seem to get anything finished. I think I've turned into my mom, who when I was a child, took about 10 years to redesign a chest in our basement. I remember that thing more as a work-in-progress than I do the finished product. I have 3 minor projects in progress right now and sooooo many more ideas floating through my head that I want to implement. I need to get on this!
The important thing is that they are in progress. You'll knock them out and I'll be excited to see what you've done!
