In the window of my ENT's office.
Sometimes, as I'm going through an experience or conversation, I start looking at it from a "if my life was a David Sedaris book" kind of way...if that makes sense. I guess you could also look at it as a "if my life were a sitcom or comedy sketch" way too. I have a conversation or do something while having the comedy portion of it in my head.
Here's how it went today:
At the ear, nose, throat doctor talking about some test results when he says, "You could be having some breathing, sleeping issues that someone as thin as you should not be having."
In my head as though this was a chapter in a David Sedaris book, "Thin, oh stop! Thank you!"

hilarious. so, is this the *new* ENT person, or has this guy (the old one) just gotten himself back on your good side with this round about compliment?

Kate-this is the same ENT. He also says such things as, "I want you to take this journey with me," as he's giving me his theory on what might be wrong with me. He is a character/possible enemy in my life's sitcom for sure.
